Also, Kohler missed the fact that there is a back piece to the square necked bodice. It's the little rectangle on the bottom of the pattern that says "Das is das hinder theil. That particular dress is specified as belonging to a peasant woman. The skirt length I think is somewhat short. The sleeve is 1 ell long and the skirt is 1 1/4 ells long. It's probably closer to ankle length.
